by Numbers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>October is over and so ends month one of my Outlaw Training Plan.\u00a0\u00a0 Here are the stats for the month.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 training sessions done out of 27 scheduled (I had pretty good reasons for the two missed)<\/li>\n<li>59K run in 6 and a half hours.<\/li>\n<li>283K cycled in 11 and a half hours, almost exactly half of that on a turbo<\/li>\n<li>7600m swum in about 3 hours<\/li>\n<li>Total exercise including football just over 23 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Weight down approx 5lb<\/li>\n<li>7 Strava PRs in the
